Special Visit
We are fortunate to have Honorable Margaret Ellen Stein, political figure and community activist , speak with us in our new conference hall. She will be discussing the power of leadership in uplifting a community. Stein will also be fielding questions from those in attendance. We are excited to have such an honored guest!

Leadership Workshop
In this leadership class, students will have the opportunity to learn about the styles and techniques used in traditional communications and leadership. Experienced leaders will share their secrets and offer new approaches the fascinating world of leadership.

NOMINATION:
Nomination for the awardees will start every January 15th and end on August 31 of the year. Anybody can nominate, of course, all nominees must be at least 25% Filipino descendant. Please email your nominations including their profiles, achievements and their superior recommendations to gawadamerika@gmail.com GAAN Panels will conduct the selection process including but not limited; review, investigate, vote and recommend the winner to the President. All winners will received a certificate and noted their category signed by the President. During the awards night, all awardees will received a trophy and or certificate of recognition with the original/wet signature of the President.
